The UNICCOMP GmbH manufacturing plant in Geretsried near Munich started operating in 2002 according to the state-of-the-art production standards. UNICCOMP GmbH is DIN EN ISO 9001 certified and responsible for the block and component manufacturing for the BAUER Group. UNICCOMP GmbH is an inter-company supplier.

On a production area of approx. 12,000 square metres the following products are manufactured:

• High and medium pressure piston blocks (Breathing Air, Industry, Gases)
• High, medium and low pressure compressor components
• Low pressure screw compressors: blocks and compact modules
• Filter cartridges and spare parts

UNICCOMP is divided into the following production areas:

• Preproduction
• Component assembly / cartridge construction
• Compressor block assembly: High-, medium and low pressure blocks
• Compressor test benches for pistons and for screw compressors
• Paint shop
