Filling and safety
For your safety when filling the breathing air cylinder with the breathing air compressed with your BAUER compressor, use an external filling panel from BAUER or the excellent B-SAFE 300 safety filling system. This will provide protection against flying parts should the cylinder explode, as well as ensuring a high level of legal security.
B-FILL – external BAUER filling panel
The BAUER B-FILL external filling panel – now with a stylish new design – allows you to quickly fill breathing air cylinders. The B-FILL is now modularly expandable and can even be retrofitted. Each module is equipped with two filling connectors, as desired either with hoses or direct connections, both of which can fill at up to 200, 300 or 500 bar.

B-SAFE 300 safety fill ramp
B-SAFE 300 is a high pressure filling chamber for breathing air cylinders. Thanks to it, costly protective measures for compressor rooms are no longer necessary, because the filling chamber and doors are specially shielded to protect the user from the consequences of explosions and hose disconnections when filling the breathing air cylinders.
