Compression redefined: The new MINI-VERTICUS and VERTICUS series
The new MINI-VERTICUS & VERTICUS systems set the future standard in the field of stationary high-pressure compressors. They combine the quality and reliability of the previous system ranges with a completely new design, and significantly quieter operation and integration of the system with a smartphone via B-APP.

Cutting-edge with B-APP
The B-APP facilitates quick and easy remote access and control of the new system range via smartphone, and includes calculation tools, an up-to-date worldwide dealer search function and helpful BAUER videos.

2018

BAUER congratulates the rescuers in Thailand
In Northern Thailand, twelve members of a junior football team and their coach have their return route cut off during a cave excursion. All those missing are successfully extricated from the cave unharmed during a lengthy and exceptionally risky rescue operation – MARINER systems from BAUER guarantee the air supply of the rescue divers during the operation.

B-DETECTION PLUS celebrates at the boat world première
The new "state-of-the-art" system continuously measures the content of harmful substances such as oil, CO and CO₂ in breathing air with maximum precision and shuts down the system in an emergency if the limit values are exceeded.

BAUER puts the Mahawi Station into operation in Dubai
The largest natural gas station on the Arabic peninsula is unsurpassed on all counts: 50 heavy goods vehicles or 1000 cars can fill up here each day.

This compact powerhouse, an ingenious combination of screw and piston, combines maximum free air delivery with a compact design.

BAUER PureAir
The new PureAir Gold certification requires the use of a B-DETECTION PLUS system. This means it will in future provide maximum safety when it comes to breathing air quality for divers and fire-fighters.

Breathing air measurement any time, anywhere
B-DETECTION PLUS is now also available as a robust, spraywater-protected case solution with rechargeable battery for mobile use worldwide.

2020

New B-NITROX membrane system
With the brand new B-MEMBRANE system, the breathing gas Nitrox with up to 40% oxygen content can be produced in future. The new development combines a screw compressor, filter and membrane unit in a single housing to minimise space requirements.

Major oil and gas project in Kazakhstan
The plant project, located on an oil and gas production facility in the northern Caspian Sea, is one of the largest in BAUER's company history. The ‘H2S Protection’ system from BAUER KOMPRESSOREN UK is designed to protect oil workers from toxic and volatile hydrogen sulphide gas that can escape during the extraction process.

BAUER develops B-VIRUSFREE
BAUER KOMPRESSOREN is developing B-VIRUSFREE in record time to effectively protect firefighters, divers, pressurised chamber operators and medical personnel from infection during the pandemic. The technology in the device is highly effective at deactivating COVID and other viruses, bacteria and fungi in the breathing air.

BAUER biogas filling stations for green mobility
Climate change is giving a major boost to sustainable mobility with climate-neutral biogas as a fuel. BAUER offers customised turnkey systems for this purpose. In Sweden, for example, 80 BAUER filling stations are being installed in cooperation with EON.

BAUER CLOUD for more security and convenience
The newly created B-CLOUD cloud platform represents a quantum leap for BAUER customers. It now allows them to monitor their system data seamlessly at any time and from any location, almost in real time.

The BAUER GROUP celebrates ‘BIG PARTY’

Over 24 million visitors from 178 countries took the opportunity at Expo Dubai to catch a fascinating glimpse of the future of mankind. Instead of fossil fuels, the excursion trains on the Expo site are powered by environmentally friendly compressed air from a BAUER compressor system.

The ‘world balloon’ floats over Berlin thanks to BAUER technology
The balloon, one of the largest in the world, has been THE attraction in the centre of Berlin for years. From a height of 150 metres, it offers a unique panoramic view of the city. It floats on helium, which is processed and recompressed by a BAUER helium recovery system and can therefore be continuously reused.

The new BM medium-pressure series is a perfect synthesis of performance and compactness.
With delivery rates between 620 and 7200 l/min, the air-cooled and direct-coupled systems for the industrial sector cover an extremely wide performance spectrum.
