COMPRESORES BAUER Egypt Ltd. (BKE) es la sucursal más reciente de BAUER COMP Holding GmbH. Desde el año 2008 se encarga de la venta y del servicio al cliente como también de los accesorios y de las piezas de recambio para establecimientos de deporte submarino e instalaciones industriales en Egipto.

BAUER KOMPRESSOREN India Pvt Ltd es una compañía perteneciente al 100% al BAUER COMP Holding GmbH, en Múnich, Alemania, y fue incorporada en diciembre de 2008. La compañía está localizada en la histórica e industrial ciudad de Pune al oeste de Maharashtra y opera en las ventas, servicios, reparaciones y fabricación local / packaging de los productos de BAUER.

BAUER KOMPRESSOREN Shanghai Ltd., fundada en 2008 en Shanghai como filial del BAUER COMP Holding y miembro del grupo BAUER Group.

ADNOC - BAUER se adjudica el mayor proyecto CNG de la historia de la empresa.
Para abastecer al Emirato de Abu Dabi, BAUER KOMPRESSOREN se ha adjudicado el suministro de 50 estaciones de gas natural a ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company).
Con un volumen total de 80 millones de euros, el proyecto es el más grande de la historia de la empresa.

En marcha hacia Australia y Rusia.
BAUER KOMPRESSOREN posee su sede en Sídney, NSW fue fundada en 2010 y es la filial australiana del grupo BAUER Group Holding.

La compañía BAUER KOMPRESSOREN Rusia, con sede en Moscú, fue fundada en 2010 como sociedad filial, propiedad al cien por cien de BAUER COMP Holding, Múnich, Alemania.

BAUER KOMPRESSOREN amplía sus relaciones comerciales con Abu Dabi.
German Chancellor Dr. Merkel officiated the first natural gas filling station we built in cooperation with Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) in Khalifa City.

Durante su viaje oficial a los Emiratos Árabes Unidos, la canciller alemana Angela Merkel inauguró la estación de gas natural de BAUER KOMPRESSOREN en Abu Dabi.

En este contexto, en presencia del jeque Mohammed y de la canciller alemana Angela Merkel también se firmaron contratos entre BAUER KOMPRESSOREN y la empresa Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) que regulan el suministro de más instalaciones. El volumen del pedido se sitúa en el rango de las decenas de millones.

2012

The third generation took over the ownership of the BAUER GROUP.
Dr. Monika Bayat took over the ownership of the BAUER Group from her father Heinz Bauer. She runs the company together with her husband Philipp Bayat.

BAUER KOMPRESSOREN India Pvt Ltd achieved its ISO achievement and implemented SAP ByD.
BAUER KOMPRESSOREN India received the ISO award. With this award, it played “role model” to BAUER KOMPRESSOREN Gulf GCC in Dubai and BAUER KOMPRESSOREN Shanghai’s ISO certification.

BAUER KOMPRESSOREN India is also the first in the Group to implement SAP ByD and the Group’s SAP team is set up here in Pune.

BAUER KOMPRESSOREN presenta en la Feria de Hannover sus compresores de alta presión de última generación, diseñados según principios biónicos.

El BK 52 tuvo su debut internacional en la Feria de Hannover. Utilizando gas natural y biogás como combustible para vehículos, se han podido repostar hasta 2.000 vehículos al día con una conexión triple del BK 52.

BAUER KOMPRESSOREN construye.
El 11 de octubre de 2013 empiezan las obras de la nueva planta de BAUER KOMPRESSOREN en Geretsried.
Unos 130 puestos de trabajo de la producción y de áreas relacionadas con la producción se trasladarán de Múnich a Geretsried.

BAUER KOMPRESSOREN deliver two high-powered, soundproofed compression systems to the deepest indoor diving pool in the world Y40 (40 m deep) at Montegrotto / Italy. The indoor diving pool is certificated with the BAUER KOMPRESSOREN’s own in-house PureAir System to guaranteed pure air.

BAUER COMPRESSORS Inc expanded.
We completed a US$20 million dollar investment on the renovation/expansion of BAUER COMPRESSORS Inc. in Norfolk, USA, with the aim of increasing our manufacturing capacity and meet our customers’ needs. The event was graced by the Governer Terry McAuliffe, Norfolk Mayor Paul Fraim and the Secretary of Commerce and Trade Maurice Jones and was attended by the owners.

BAUER KOMPRESSOREN India Pvt Ltd moved to our own brand new office.
BAUER KOMPRESSOREN India Pvt Ltd in Pune, India moved from our rented office to our own brand new office. In the short span of 6 years since BKI started operations, it has grown 8-fold and the new building has a workshop space of over 1,200 sq metre and an office space of 600 sq metre to cater to our expanding business.

Nuevo hogar para BAUER KOMPRESSOREN GmbH, Múnich.
BAUER KOMPRESSOREN GmbH se ha trasladado de Múnich a Geretsried, a 30 km de distancia, para estar al lado de su planta de producción de bloques UNICCOMP.

Las nuevas instalaciones tienen una superficie de 5.000 metros cuadrados y están equipadas con la tecnología más moderna. La inversión total ha ascendido a 15 millones de euros y acercará nuestros procesos de producción y montaje.

30 aniversario de BAUER COMPRESSEURS SAS (Francia).
El 1 de octubre de 2015 celebramos el 30 aniversario de BAUER COMPRESSEURS SAS con más de 50 clientes e invitados en sus instalaciones de Aix-les-Bains, Francia.

Colaboración con el espíritu pionero alias («también conocido como») Pieter Schelte.
Se instalaron con éxito 16 unidades de compresores en el buque de instalación/desmantelamiento de plataformas y tendido de tuberías más grande del mundo, el Pioneering Spirit (cuyo nombre oficial era Pieter Schelte).
