BAUER offers a reasonably priced external operating status display for transferring the system status of the natural gas fuel station to the station shop or an external location as minimal information.

This status display is hard-wired to the PLC control system and informs shop personnel of the following faults:

• Gas alarm
• "EMERGENCY STOP" button pressed on the fill post
• Compressor general fault

The range of accessories also includes fully automatic pressure dew-point monitoring.

When the gas dryer being used reaches saturation point, an alarm is issued.

If the alarm persists, the unit is shut down automatically with a corresponding message appearing on the compressor control display.

This approach can be relied upon to prevent moisture from getting into the cylinder and the downstream refuelling equipment.
